Angus is a geologist with over 25 years experience in the planning, supervision and management of exploration programs from reconnaissance investigation through to resource evaluation. He excels in the design and implementation of practical and cost effective exploration programs. Angus has worked on copper, gold, silver, iron ore, uranium and phosphate element deposits throughout Australia with the majority of these projects in the eastern states of Australia. His expertise also includes the identification of favourable host rocks, terrane selection and the development of targeting criteria.

Angus also has extensive experience with the design and implementation of mapping programs, the development of assay and sampling programs, as well as the management of reconnaissance field programs. Angus also has a high level of expertise in the exploration for high and low sulphidation epithermal gold and silver (Au, Ag) deposits.

His greenfields discovery success includes the discovery of the Paris epithermal silver deposit in 2001 (IVR-ASX) and surronding prospects in SA. More discovery success was with Peel Mining (PEX:ASX) with the discovery of the Wirlong (2016) and Southern Nights VMS (2017) deposits.

His experience also includes exploration of greenstone gold and mesothermal gold (Au,Cu,Pb,Zn) deposits in WA and QLD, sedimentary phosphate deposits (QLD-NT) and opal deposits (NSW-QLD).
